While working for more than twenty years in the elder law arena, Laurie Kuzdal recognized that many individuals did not have friends or family able to carry out their final wishes or to serve as their medical or financial power of attorney.
In 2007, she obtained her license from the Arizona Supreme Court as a Private Fiduciary and founded Arizona Fiduciary Services LLC.
Laurie regularly volunteers in the community including work with Lawyers for Literacy, Pima Council on Aging and Lions Club. She enjoys spending time with her family, renovating her historic Tucson home or snuggling with Toro, arguably the laziest rescue pitbull in Tucson!

"What I do doesn't feel like work most days; it's my passion. I have the privilege of making a meaningful difference in people's lives, and it's incredibly rewarding. Every client I serve becomes a part of my extended family. I take immense pride in my meticulous approach, investing time to truly understand their unique needs, even becoming their advocate when they can't.
My areas of expertise span from assisting with moves and estate liquidations to comprehensive estate planning. But what truly fuels my purpose is knowing that, for many, I'm their sole connection and support in the final chapters of life—a role I consider an incredible honor.
I achieved licensure in 2020, becoming the youngest Fiduciary in Arizona at that time. When I'm not immersed in work or family life, you'll find me cultivating lush gardens, savoring the great outdoors, occasionally indulging in video games, hosting memorable movie nights, escaping into captivating audiobooks, and crafting gourmet feasts with love and flair."

A child should never be without a permanent, loving home. Unfortunately, this is the reality for more than 17,000 children and youth in Arizona’s foster care system.
More than 20 years ago, while volunteering as a child advocate, Laurie Kuzdal first became aware of the critical need for adoption and foster families. An adoptive mother herself, in 2006, Laurie founded A Friend to Families, and also served for many years as a confidential intermediary.
As a member of Lions Clubs International, Laurie works with her fellow Lions worldwide to fight blindness, battle hunger, support children with diabetes and care for our environment.
Founded in 1912, the Arizona Children's Association is one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit child agencies in Arizona. Located in all 15 Arizona counties, they provide a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of more than 40,000 children, youth and families each year.
Each year, staff of Arizona Fiduciary Services place beautiful bears around town for passers by to spot and "adopt". If you should be lucky enough to find one of Laurie's bears, please consider making a donation to the Children's Association.
